About the Program

The interdisciplinary Master's program in Human Resources Management (120 ECTS) combines perspectives from economics, social sciences, law, and psychology. The goal is to train specialists and managers who proactively contribute to shaping the working world 4.0 and can master current and future challenges in HR work. Following the approach of Engaged Scholarship, the program aims for a close integration of research and practice. This is intended to train experts who are able to contribute to the further development of both corporate HR practice and the research community by generating relevant scientific knowledge. The program is particularly aimed at students who want to rethink traditional HR work, who are looking for a network rather than just a study place, who want to try out innovative learning concepts and methods, who want to develop innovative solutions with practical partners, and who are interested in scientific research relevant to current practical challenges.
