About the Program

In the Industrial Engineering and Management master's degree program, you further advance the knowledge and skills you acquired in the bachelor's program of the same name. You will expand your technical skills in designing, planning, and operating socio-technical systems, critically reflect on content and methods in industrial engineering and management, and pursue research-oriented work. The master's program offers specializations in logistics and health technology in addition to those offered in the Industrial Engineering and Management bachelor's program - civil engineering, chemistry and process engineering, electrical engineering, energy and resources, information and communication systems, mechanical engineering, and transportation engineering. You have a large degree of freedom when selecting electives, allowing you to develop your own individual profile. TU Berlin's close contact with industry and leading research institutions, such as the German Institute for Economic Research, ensures that the curriculum remains relevant to current topics. Through university support, such as from the TU Berlin Centre for Entrepreneurship, students are also sensitized to the topic of self-employment.
