The consecutive Master's program in Industrial Engineering - Civil Engineering builds on the Bachelor's program in Industrial Engineering - Civil Engineering. It prepares students for a successful professional career in many areas of the economy (e.g., industry, real estate, transportation, trade, banking, insurance) in various functional areas of a company. The acquired competencies also form the basis for independent entrepreneurial activity. The program addresses the growing demand from the economy for academics for qualitatively demanding management activities. Graduates are enabled through their interdisciplinary education and broad basic knowledge in business administration and civil engineering, as well as their trained social competence, to design and manage various technically and economically determined business processes. They possess in-depth competencies in the essential functions of entrepreneurial activities in value creation, financial, and information processes. Due to their acquired leadership, decision-making, and communication skills, they are able to assume leadership and decision-making responsibility.
