About the Program

Leadership responsibility in middle management in industry, service sectors and public administration - the Industrial Management master's program prepares you for just that. The degree program offers a flexible training concept with versatile options to meet the demands of the globalization of the working world and the international integration of companies through an individually selectable specialization. The goal of the study program is to train experts with engineering and business management skills through theory-oriented teaching with a strong practical orientation, who are able to apply engineering and management techniques in small and medium-sized as well as industrial companies, to be creatively effective in a team and to work internationally through qualified foreign language skills. The program comprises a total of four semesters, including three theory-oriented semesters, including a research and development project, as well as the master's semester, in which the master's thesis must be written and defended.
