The master's degree program in Insurance and Banking is a unique offering within the Rhine-Main region. The program offers close collaboration with the Master of Science program in Controlling and Finance, yielding a wide variety of possible electives. This interdisciplinary and innovative master's degree program allows students to create individual specializations: in addition to in-depth study of the insurance industry and banking business, students can combine compulsory electives to address personal interests and professional prospects in controlling, finances, and FinTech. 50% of all modules are freely selectable, enabling students to design their own studies and choose additional concentrations, including insights into cryptocurrencies, blockchains, digital finance, and InsurTechs. The program places particular emphasis on strategic management as well as qualitative and quantitative risk management, equipping graduates for targeted roles and leadership positions in national and international consultancies, banking, insurance, and business auditing companies.
