International Management

Master of Arts (M.A.)

About the Program

A unique feature of the Master's degree programme in International Management is the compulsory phase abroad - either a semester of study or an internship - for all students in the third semester. The program is taught entirely in English. Although based on Business Administration and Economics courses offered by the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics at The Hochschule Niederrhein, it is also open to graduates of comparable business administration and economics courses. By teaching theory-based and application-oriented content, students are enabled to recognize and analyze processes and problems of business practice in an international environment, develop economically justified solutions and take into account extracurricular references. The program further develops students' professional, methodological and social skills with a view to their future career opportunities. Graduates often take up management positions in an international context, and the Master's degree qualifies students for a doctorate to pursue an academic career.
