About the Program

In the Master's in International Management programme, we prepare you for a management position in an international company. You will learn how change management works in an international context. You will get to know different digital tools and understand how large amounts of data can be digitally analysed. You will carry out a consulting project and engage with international sales strategies. In addition, you can choose two elective modules that fit your personal interests. In the Master's in International Management programme, you will study in English together with students from all over the world! Strengths of the degree programme: Prepare for an international career and work in intercultural teams! During this Master's programme, you will complete cutting-edge modules that prepare you for professional opportunities in the international business world. Studying together with students from all over the world will allow you to gain valuable experience working in intercultural teams. Take advantage of our international opportunities! In your third semester, you will have the opportunity to study at one of the OTH Regensburg's more than 60 international partner universities or to complete an internship in an international company while writing your Master's thesis. Study in a student city with business flair! Regensburg is not only a beautiful city whose old town was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2006 but also an economic centre with numerous national and international companies located close by.
