About the Program

The Master's degree programme Management & Engineering focuses on the interrelationships between aspects of management in production and engineering sciences. In addition, highly relevant topics from both disciplines are covered with a special focus on the digitalisation in production, i.e. Industry 4.0. The program offers two profiles: "production systems" aimed at students with a non-technical background, and "production engineering" designed for students with a technical first degree. Both profiles offer targeted education related to challenges in production, development and research, including the connection to management. The program covers fundamental aspects of engineering sciences, such as the relation between materials and production processes, production logistics, and digitalisation as a central component. Students complete Management Studies as an interdisciplinary element, covering topics like Organization, Strategy & Innovation, Digitalization, and Entrepreneurship. The program is AACSB accredited.
