About the Program

The Executive Master in Management (eMA MGMT) is a part-time program under the overarching theme of "Advancing Sustainable Change". It offers a general management education supplemented by selected elements from other disciplines, including psychology, sociology and practical philosophy. The program is internationally oriented and represents an alternative to the MBA. The overarching goal is to enable students to act as sustainable change agents and make a valuable contribution to the transformation of their organizations in an individual and socially responsible way. The program uses a holistic learning approach based on interactive lectures, seminars and projects where students work on interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary topics in small and diverse teams. The curriculum includes mandatory modules such as Strategic Management, Organization and HR Management, Accounting and Finance, Data Analysis & Econometrics, Digital Transformation and Entrepreneurship, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Diversity and Innovation Management, Digital Transformation and Change Management, International and Intercultural Management, Responsible Leadership & Interpersonal Skills, and Project Work.
