About the Program

This degree programme combines management research and theory in a unique way by combining practical specializations with interdisciplinary theory relevant to various professional fields. In addition to soft skills, students acquire the ability to apply theoretical teaching in case studies and projects with practical relevance. The course offers not only a general overview of management-related topics, but also plenty of scope for individual specialization. By dovetailing current management research with insights into business practice, the Master in Management conveys a cross-divisional and cross-functional perspective. Application skills are learned as part of the knowledge transfer. The degree program (120 ECTS) has a standard duration of four semesters and consists of a compulsory elective area, a specialization area and the Master's thesis.
