About the Program

The Management on-the-job M.Sc. is a dual management degree program that allows students to continue their education while working. The program provides in-depth management expertise paired with key digital qualifications for management positions in the 21st century workplace. One of the main focuses is digitalization, with students acquiring skills to actively shape the digital transformation of companies as managers. The program takes a general management approach combined with opportunities to specialize in selected subjects. Students work in small groups, making learning particularly efficient. The curriculum consists of three tracks: Core subjects in management (approx. 50%), Applied skills (approx. 25%), and Digital skills (approx. 25%). Students can choose one of four specializations: Controlling & Finance, Marketing & Finance, Human Resource Management, or Supply Chain Management.
