About the Program

Managing Global Dynamics is a consecutive Master's program offering practice-oriented education at a high level based on scientific knowledge. The goal is to promote the ability for sustainable international business management in the digital age. These management skills include understanding the diversity of worldviews and cultures, motivation drivers, sustainability as a political goal, entrepreneurship, strategic know-how and project management capabilities. It is an international (trinational) program with mandatory semester abroad in Salerno/Italy or Sibiu/Romania at the respective THWS partner university. Each cohort consists of students from Würzburg, Salerno, and Sibiu. The teaching language is exclusively English.
