About the Program

Mathematical Finance involves the analysis of national and international financial markets. The focus is on the mathematically founded analysis of economic decision problems. In this study programme, you will learn to analyze economic problems using complex mathematical methods. To be able to do so, you need solid knowledge of mathematics and economics. The curriculum comprises equal shares of courses in both these disciplines. You will also acquire a general understanding of economics and of scientific working techniques.
