About the Program

The bachelor's degree program in mathematics is more diverse than one may assume. After the first two years, in which mainly basic knowledge is taught, students can, depending on their interests, specialize in an applied or theoretical field. The program focuses on acquiring basic knowledge and fundamental skills in mathematics, including analysis, algebra, stochastics, and numerics. After graduation, many different options are open to them on the job market. The program consists of various modules assessed with ECTS credits, totaling 180 ECTS credits, divided into blocks of Fundamentals, Theoretical Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Cross-sectional Module and Seminar, Bachelor Seminar and Thesis, Minor, and Key qualifications.
