About the Program

The Mechanical Engineering programme at the Department of Mechanical Engineering prepares students for the industrial processes of product development and manufacturing that are undergoing comprehensive transformation due to advancing digitalization. The programme prepares students for the world of work of tomorrow, teaching both conventional technology and skills for thriving in an increasingly automated industrial environment. Building upon a foundation in natural sciences and engineering, students specialize in one of three modern areas: General Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Systems Engineering, or Measurement and Automation Engineering.
