About the Program

The aim of this Master's degree programme is to professionalise personnel management in order to prepare graduates to take on a high-quality specialist or management position in the personnel sector. The programme covers the entire spectrum of HR work - from the strategic orientation of HR work to operational HR management topics. Topics relating to international HR work and the teaching of methodological skills such as mediation, coaching and consulting are also part of the curriculum. Courses (face-to-face and online) are held weekly from Monday to Thursday in a centralised location in Augsburg. The programme is limited to 30 students.
