About the Program

This Master's program in Real Estate and Facilities - Management and Technology (IFMT) provides comprehensive knowledge and skills for optimizing modern work environments, spaces, facilities, and services in our built environment - throughout the entire lifecycle of buildings. The program focuses on advanced technologies in IT and building automation (smart buildings). Technical and economic relationships are deepened, leadership skills are developed, and students are enabled to conduct scientific work at a high level. Excursions and coursework in cooperation with companies connect theory and practice. The program has a standard study period of 4 semesters with 16 modules and 120 credit points. To broaden your perspective on international developments in the construction and real estate industry, a stay abroad at a university, research institution, or as part of a research project in cooperation with an international company is part of the studies (area of "International Studies"). The academic advisory service and an associated preliminary seminar will support you in planning and preparing for your stay abroad.
