About the Program

This study program enables students to operate real estate and manage secondary processes. With this holistic claim and under the guideline "interface management" our students are able to identify, analyze and solve complex problems around real estates. A broad scientific-technical and commercial knowledge provides the basis to create new competencies within new problem fields. The program is offered in several variants: undergraduate course (6 semesters), individual entry (7 semesters), training-integrated study (8 semesters), and part-time study (8 semesters). The focus is on engineering subjects, with technical, scientific and business fundamentals taught in the first semesters, followed by application-oriented economic and technical modules from the third semester onwards.
