About the Program

The Bachelor's degree programme in Technical Management is an industrial engineering degree programme that qualifies graduates to work at the interface between technology, business administration and management in manufacturing companies. Students acquire sound technical skills in the areas of production technology and Industry 4.0 as well as business management knowledge for the efficient design of production processes. As future managers, they are prepared to drive forward technical innovations, optimise processes and lead teams in a goal-oriented manner. Following the practical phase in the fifth semester, students deepen their specialist interests in the sixth semester as part of the Practical Engineering Project (PREP). In this major project work, you will concentrate on a practical product development or industrial engineering project in a team, and at the same time, you will expand your project management skills.
