About

The International Business School of Service Management (ISS) was a state-recognized private Fachhochschule in Hamburg from 2007 to 2014. It offered FIBAA-accredited advanced training in Service Management at Master of Business Administration or Bachelor degree level, which could be pursued alongside professional life. From 2010 onwards, a Business Administration (BWL) program with a focus on Service Management could be completed with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. In November 2013, its educational activities were discontinued due to insufficient student numbers.
