Research topics include Stochastic Processes, Probability Theory, Robust Optimization, Equilibrium Problems, Mixed-Integer Linear/Nonlinear Optimization, Optimization with Partial Differential Equations, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Analytics. Students choose a mentor from the faculty to design an individual study concept, with a possible semester abroad during the second or third semester.
