About the Program

The MSc Molecular Biotechnology is an international graduate program offered by the Department of Biology. Our degree programme offers plenty of opportunities for practical research, including collaborations with industry partners and internships with leading biotech companies. You will graduate with a comprehensive understanding of the ethical and regulatory issues surrounding biotechnology and the practical skills needed to succeed in this rapidly evolving field. Objectives: As a graduate of the Master's programme, you will have a sound knowledge of molecular, micro- and cell biology of the structure and function of biological macromolecules and cellular systems, which is essential for biotechnological research and application. You will therefore be qualified for work in application and development-oriented occupational fields within the chemical-pharmaceutical industry.
